After we receive your inquiry submission, we will reach out to schedule your project discovery call. This is where we will deep dive into your project scope, budget, timelines, and your goals & vision. We will also discuss our processes, pricing, and what working with Era Design House is like. Once we've gathered all information, we will send over a detailed design proposal that outlines the estimated cost of your project.

Once we've received your signed contract and deposit, we will reach out to schedule the aesthetic meeting. This is a 3-4 hour meeting where we deep-dive into different aesthetics, spaces, and materials to help us hone in the design direction for the project, as well as to determine your budget for the project. From here, we create a curated concept guide that serves as our north star throughout the duration of the project. Design creation does not start until the concept guide is fully approved.  

This is what we call our MIA period. We are working diligently to draw all elevations, reach out to trades and vendors, and select every hard or soft finish—sometimes both—and much more. Our presentations are all encompassing, meaning every selection for your home will have been decided and designed. From floor vents and light switches, to fixture finishes and niche framing specs, every detail has been selected. We will present samples and renderings to make the decision and approval process seamless and stress free. All selections will ideally (our goal) be approved by the time digging or demo starts. 

During this phase, our construction coordination truly comes to life. We work closely and consistently with the general contractor and their trusted trades to ensure every design element is executed accurately and to address any questions or challenges as they arise. Our goal is to manage the details behind the scenes, allowing for a smooth, stress-free experience. We are present for all major site walkthroughs, carefully overseeing each step to ensure a seamless and cohesive installation across every aspect of the design.

Once all design elements are approved, we initiate the procurement process, carefully managing the ordering, tracking, and coordination of each item. Every piece is received, inspected, and prepared for delivery to the job site in alignment with the construction schedule. This level of oversight allows us to anticipate timelines and ensure that materials and furnishings are on-site when needed, helping the project progress efficiently and without unnecessary delays.

This is the moment it all comes together. Once everything is ready, we schedule a dedicated installation period to receive and place all furnishings, layer in soft finishes, and complete the final styling.
