New York, New York

ENTRY LVX · II.XV.MMXXVI

We just got back from a trip to our favorite city in the world, New York City. Traveling always fuels our creativity, but New York offers an endless well of inspiration. Every corner is layered with history, energy, and life, making the city itself feel like a living design archive.

The streets were especially inspiring, with natural stone at every turn and storefronts that quietly tell stories of the past. Original façades remain largely intact, thoughtfully reimagined rather than replaced. And while the exteriors are stunning, the interiors left just as strong an impression. Each space we visited was designed with deep intention, engaging all the senses and creating a fully immersive experience.

Natural materials and warm finishes transport you, from mood, intimate restaurants to grounding, beautifully curated shops, offering moments of calm within the concrete jungle. We also had the opportunity to connect with many vendors we admire, which reaffirmed our affinity in the finishes and elements we so often use in our own designs.

And of course, the food. Experiencing some of the most beautiful restaurants and indulging in truly decadent meals reminded us that food, much like design, is an art form. Creative, sensory, and meant to be savored.
