Introducing Modern Oaks
THE AESTHETIC
Modern Oaks is a seamless blend of organic, timeless, and serene. The aesthetic inspiration started by identifying natural materials that we wanted throughout the entire home. The layering of textures and tones breaths life into the spaces, creating warmth and a sense of effortlessness. Tastefully embracing neutrals, every selection had purposeful intention to fully lean into the serenity of this home.
THE PLAN
Every aspect of Modern Oaks is designed with thoughtfulness and intention, and the floor plan is no different. The expansive living area offers ample space for entertaining and gathering. Though the layout is open, each room has been carefully crafted with purpose, ensuring that every corner serves a meaningful function. An abundance of windows creates beautiful light all throughout the day.
THE PROGRESS
As the foundation of the project starts to take form, we're focused on finalizing our selections. Staying true to our original vision empowers us to move ahead with choices that feel right. While many of our selections are rooted in neutral tones, we're seeing vibrant life emerge through the striking countertops, timeworn floors, and an abundance of natural light from the windows.
